1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup unfiltered apple cider
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a deep saucepan, saute' onion and garlic in the melted butter for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup water and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat and simmer uncovered, for an hour, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
4. Strain through a fine sieve.
