1 whole chicken (or assorted pieces)
2 32 oz. chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. herb de provence
1 c. celery chopped
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 chopped onion
1 bag Reames frozen egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Pour chicken broth into a 6 quart stock pot. Stir in all seasonings and herbs. Add chicken pieces. Simmer until falling of the bone (approximately 1 hour). Remove chicken from pot and cool. De-bone chicken and return to stock pot. Add vegetables and simmer for 20 minutes. Add noodles and cook until done following directions on the bag.
