2 ½ cups quick oats
1 ½ cups self-rising flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 ½ sticks of softened butter
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1 can of jellied cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Mix in softened butter a shortening until crumbly. Press half of crumb mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Add layer of cranberry sauce and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

When I first married, my Mom gave me some of her recipes that she used in her cooking classes that she taught. I found this recipe in the sheets that she gave me. It was a favorite to have on Thanksgiving.
