Banana Nut Bread Recipe

3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten till light
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbs. melted butter (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
3. Mix in large bowl bananas and eggs.
4. In another bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar and
baking soda.
5. Add to egg/banana mixture.
6. Add nuts and melted butter.
7. Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

You can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips for an extra yummy treat!
After baking, try slicing and frying on buttered pan - Awesome!!
