2 (16 ounce) cans peaches in heavy syrup (undrained)
1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Vanilla ice cream, optional topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Empty peaches into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Cover with the dry cake mix and press down firmly.
Melt butter, add vanilla and pour on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
