1 (17.9 Ounce) Package of Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix.
1 Cup (2 Sticks) of Unsalted Butter, Softened.
1 Egg.
1 (21 Ounce) Can of Apple Pie Filling.
1/4-1/2 Cup of Caramel Topping.
8x8 Inch Baking Pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray your 8x8 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
With a handheld or stand mixer with paddle attachment, place your cookie mix, butter and egg into your bowl, mix together until combined.
Place half of your cookie dough in spoonfuls into the bottom of your pan.
Sprinkle about 1/3 of the cinnamon/sugar mixture (that comes with the cookie mix) over the cookie dough in your pan.
Now evenly pour the whole can of apple pie filling over the cookie dough.
Now spoon the rest of the cookie dough on top of the apple pie filling, and sprinkle about 1/3 or more of the cinnamon/sugar mixture on top of the cookie dough.
Now evenly pour the caramel topping all over the top of the cobbler and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!!!
