2 cans of drained and rinsed chickpeas
1 small red onion peeled and diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
zest of 1 lime
Juice of 4 limes
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
Sea salt to taste
1 avocado coarsely chopped

Combine in a bowl and mix well. Add avocado just before serving.
