1 1/2 lbs. flounder fillets
1/2 lb.lump crabmeat, cleaned
1 egg
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. Blend cleaned crabmeat with green pepper, egg, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbs. mayonnaise.
3. Wash and dry fillets.
4. Divide the crabmeat mixture equally onto half of the fillets. Place remaining fillets on top of the fillet/crab combos. Secure with toothpicks.
5. Place in a greased baking dish. Spread thin layer of remaining mayonnaise on each of the fillets. Sprinkle with a little dried parsley.
6. Bake 20 minutes.
