1 1/2 lbs. flounder fillets
6 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 chopped scallions or 1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbs. minced parsley
large pinch dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Wash and dry fillets.
3. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients (except fish).
4. Pour half of this sauce in shallow baking dish. Place fillets in dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
5. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
