Preheat oven to 350º.
Large Potatoes enough to feed family that are not bruised, soft, or have sprouts.
Slice onion very thin
Salt and pepper.
Butter thinly sliced
Use heavy-duty tin foil.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Wash each potato, removing any soft places. Slice each potato about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Do not slice all the way through the potato. Lift each sliced potato onto heavy duty foil. Place a raw onion ring between each slice and a very thin slice of butter. Salt and pepper. Wrap each potato in foil folding to keep juices inside packet. Make one potato for each person. Bake one hour. Be careful opening packet it's full of steam.
