cup half and half
pinch of nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon of salt and pepper
10 ounce of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 quart saucepan, heat half and half, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Simmer on medium heat. Stir in frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, parmesan cheese and sour cream. Cook 2 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
