One can jackfruit, drained and cut into smaller pieces
1 tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ cup + 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce

1 cup cabbage
¼ of a ripe avocado
½ tbsp. maple syrup
1-2 tbsp. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jackfruit, sugar, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder to coat.
Saute 2 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce and cook 35 minutes adding water as needed. Shred jackfruit with forks to resemble pulled pork.
Turn heat up to brown and caramelize.

Make the slaw topping by combining the cabbage with mashed avocado, maple syrup and lime juice.
Can serve on buns.
