2/3 c. butter, room tempuature
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Craisins
2/3 c. white chocolate chips or chunks
1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Using electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs mixing well. In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Add Craisins, white chocolate and nuts and stir to combine. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased or parchment cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Makes 2- 2 1/2 dozen.
