Broth:
Whole chicken
1 onion in quarters
4 cloves peeled garlic
1 TBS salt (more if needed)

Boil for 1 ˝ hours in large pot until chicken is tender
Strain the liquid and shred chicken and put in separate bowl

5 plum tomatoes halved
2 tomatillos halved
˝ cup sesame seeds
1 tsp oregano
1 onion
3 cloves garlic

4 slices bread, fried in oil until toasted
Small bunch of chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes and tomatillos in small pot of water for 15 minutes.

In pan sauté chopped onion and then add garlic, sesame seeds, oregano, pinch of pepper. Then blend in a blender, the tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, sesame mixture and fried bread. Add a little oil to large pot and heat, then add blended mixture through strainer for a smooth consistency and add 4 cups of chicken broth.
