1 cup salted butter softened
2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk
2 1/2 cup flour
3 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Fudge:
1 14 oz. can sweetened con. milk
1 12 oz. bag Choc. Chips
1/3 cup salted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 11 X 15" pan with cooking spray. (May use a 9X13" pan but the cooking time will be longer, cover with foil if cookie gets too dark before done!) Combine butter, brown sugar, and eggs, mix well. Add vanilla and milk. In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Spread 2/3 of the mixture in the pan and flatten. In a separate saucepan, combine in fudge ingredients and melt over medium heat. pour fudge over cookie mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie mixture over the top of the fudge. Leaving space so the fudge shows through. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min. If getting brown after 15 min. cover with foil.
