2 1/3 C. water divided
1 C. quick oats (use whole oats)
2/3 C. brown sugar
3 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast (2 T.)
5-5 3/4 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to boil add oats, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 min. Stir in brown sugar, butter, salt, and remaining water. Let cool to 120- 130 degrees. Add yeast to 1 1/2 C. flour. Add warm mixture, mix 3 min. Add remaining flour. After dough is formed mix 1 min. Let raise shape into 24 rolls. Let raise and bake 350 15 min. or so.
