1 1/2 BONELESS BEEF SIRLOIN STEAK, 3/4" thick
2 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
4 CUPS GREEN OR RED PEPPERS STRIPS, 2" LONG
2 MIDIUM ONIONS, CUT INTO WEDGES
1 CAN (14 1/2 OZ.) CAMPBELL'S BEEF GRAVY
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTSHIRE SAUCE
3/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
6 CUPS COOKED RICE

SLICE BEEF INTO VERY THIN STRIPS.
HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN 12" SKILLET. ADD BEEF AND STIR FRY UNTIL BROWNED AND JUICES EVAPORATE.
REMOVE BEEF.
HEAT REMAINING OIL. ADD PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND COOK UNTIL TENDER-CRISP. RETURN BEEF TO SKILLET.
ADD GRAVY, WORSTERSHIRE AND GARLIC. HEAT THROUGH.
