2 cans Niblet corn, undrained.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper
1 large jalapeno diced into small pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and mix with melted butter. Add corn and jalapeno salt and pepper. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
