1 ripe papaya, seeded, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup coconut water (NOT coconut milk)
2 TBSP wheat germ, ground flax seed, or chia seeds, options
Amber agave or zero-calorie sweetener to taste (optional)

Directions:

Puree all ingredients, including the sweetener if used in a blender. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
