1 lb large prawns
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
½ lemon
1 TBS pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
¼ cup white wine
2 tsp creole seasoning
6 TBS unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté on high heat all ingredients except butter for 4 minutes and add the butter at halfway mark. Stirring constantly to blend the butter and juices. Serve in a bowl with crusty bread.
