1 whole chicken cut up or use whatever pieces you prefer.
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ tsp poultry seasoning
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp Basil
Egg wash
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix bread crumbs and seasonings. Drudge chicken piece in egg wash and dip in seasoned bread crumbs mixture.

Arrange in a baking dish. Very lightly drizzle with olive oil.

Bake uncovered until golden brown, approximately 40 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes.
