6-7 medium size potatoes
1-2 sticks of butter
1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F. Cut white potatoes into thin wedges-and place in a bowl of water. Mix flour and parmesan cheese- 1/3c flour, 2/3c cheese. Melt butter about 1 stick in a shallow pan. Coat wedges in flour/cheese mix and place on pan with melted butter and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Flip each wedge and bake for 15-20 minutes more. Eat hot!!! (may need to add more butter to pan when you flip wedges)
