Crust:
Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix 1 pound 1.5 ounces
½ cup butter
1 egg
Filling:
1 cup white chocolate baking chips
8 ounces softened cream cheese
Topping:
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
⅓ cup water
10-12 drops red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix cookie mix with softened butter and one egg. Press into pan and bake 15-20 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Microwave white chocolate chips 45-60 seconds. Beat cream cheese in with melted chocolate chips. Spread on top of cooled crust.
Crush strawberries some. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to boil stirring constantly until thick. Cool 10 minutes. Add food coloring and strawberries. Spoon over cream cheese and white chocolate layer. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve. Store in refrigerator.
