3/4 pound ground beef
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings. (Mixture will be thick.) Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400º for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 pizza cups.
