4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
40 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour into freezer-proof bowl. Freeze for 2 hours.

Fill wafers with about 2 Tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture to make 20 sandwiches. Roll in nuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
