Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb raw peeled shrimp
4 TBS olive oil
1 Knoor’s fish cube
3 TBS Brandy
1 cup chunky chopped fresh basil
½ pint heavy cream
1 lg can of crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste ( 1 tsp each)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add fish cube in sauté pan.
Add garlic, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add Brandy and heavy cream. Reduce for a few minutes.

Serve over linguine with warm crusty bread.
