Ingredients:  
4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (about 4 medium/large)
⅓ c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
¼ c. cream or milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt

Topping:
3 Tbsp. softened butter
½ c. brown sugar
¾ c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, Mash or blend together. Place in casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
