3c. rolled oats
½-1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1½ c. milk
2 eggs
½ c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ c. craisins
(orange juice - optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, then beat in wet ingredients. Stir in craisins. Spread in 9x13. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Original recipe calls for full cup of brown sugar, but tastes just as delicious with less, so I only use 1/2c. I also decided to add a bit of orange juice for added flavor. We love this so much that it disappears quickly, so I one and a half the ingredients and bake for 40 minutes. ~Alyssa
