2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

4 TBS butter
⅔ cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter, then add buttermilk. Roll and cut in circles with cookie cutter.

Place on untreated cookie sheet and bake @ 450º for 10-12 minutes.

Serve warm with honey butter. Equal parts butter and honey mixed together.
