Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe

2 lbs chuck or round beef cubed
cup flour
1 tsp salt and pepper

1 TBS fresh parsley
6 sliced carrots
3 cubed potatoes
2 chopped onions- larger pieces
1 cup frozen green peas
1 celery stick, sliced

1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp paprika
cup red wine
cup BBQ sauce
1 bay leaf
tsp Basil
1 cup peas added last hour of cooking

Coat and flour cut meat and place in crock pot. Stir in rest of ingredients, except peas and cook on low in crock pot for 10 hours. Stir in peas the last 20 minutes.
