1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 TB honey
3 TB lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together in a large coffee mug or liquid measuring cup till honey dissolves. Place in a gallon Ziploc bag with the chicken. Can use with other types of meat instead, if desired.
Marinate 1-3 hours before grilling or baking. Drain off excess marinade before cooking.
