Cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
cup oil
1 cup mandarin oranges with juice
Frosting:
9 ounces cool whip
1 large pkg of instant vanilla pudding
# 2 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for cake and mix well. Bake 3 layers or in 9x13 pan at 350 25-30 minutes. Cool Cake on Rack.
Frosting:
Mix instant pudding and pineapple with cool whip. Frost cold cake. Keep refrigerated.
