Use Left over Roast Beef cubed 4 cups
or 4 cups cubed chicken
4 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 onion cubed
1-2 stalks celery diced
Gravy from Roast Beef
or cream sauce for Chicken
1 Can of Mixed vegetables
Can of biscuits, homemade biscuits or frozen biscuits.
Cream sauce for chicken:
1 teaspoon butter
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Use left over Roast beef or chicken, cubed.
Boil onion, celery, and potatoes. Drain and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix beef with beef gravy, potatoes, onion and celery. Add can of mixed vegetables. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with biscuits of choice and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
For Chicken cream sauce:
Melt butter, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, and drained boiled potatoes mixture, can of mixed vegetables. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake as above.
