Glazed Donuts Recipe

1⅛ C vegan milk, warm
C sugar
2 tsp yeast
2 vegan eggs
12 Tbsp vegan butter, melted
4 C flour
tsp salt
oil for frying

4 Tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 C powdered sugar
C soymilk

1. In a stand mixer, add milk, yeast, and sugar
2. Stir to combine. Let rest 5 minutes
3. Turn on mixer to low and add vegan eggs and melted butter
4. Add flour and salt slowly until dough forms. Turn up mixer as needed
5. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
6. Roll out dough to ⅓ inch thickness. Cut out donuts
7. Place on greased sheet. Cover and let rise 1 hour
8. Heat oil until 375F
9. Carefully add donuts and fry until golden brown, turning donuts to brown both sides
10. Place on a baking sheet covered with paper towel to drain oil
11. Combine glaze ingredients and dip donuts
