1½ C flour
pinch salt
⅓ C sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
¾ C vegan butter, chilled
pint of blueberries
1 vegan egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ C vegan milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in large bowl
2. Squish in butter with hands or fork until crumbly
3. Carefully fold in blueberries
4. In another bowl, whisk "egg", milk, and vanilla
5. Pour liquid into flour mix and combine
6. Rest in freezer 10-15 minutes while oven preheats
7. Heat oven to 400ºF, bake 25-30 minutes
