2 lbs. peaches
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries (drained)
2 T. lemon juice
6 c. sugar
1 box fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel peaches. Cut in chucks and grind, chop, or blend. Measure 3 c. peaches into 6-8 qt. kettle. Stir in bananas, cherries, and lemon juice. Measure sugar and set aside. Mix fruit pectin into sugar and add to kettle. Stir until mixture comes to a rolling boil (boiling will not stop when being stirred). Boil hard for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim foam off top. Stir and skim for 5 minutes to slightly cool and prevent floating fruit. Ladle into jars and seal.
