2-3 lbs minute steak
3 eggs
Cracker crumbs
1 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whip eggs together in bowl.
2. Crush 1/4 lb. crackers on wax paper
3. Salt and pepper minute steak to taste and dip each piece in egg and then in cracker crumbs.
4. In a large skillet slowly fry till golden brown, about 15 minutes.
5. Drain and serve.

It was quite a treat when this was served for a Sunday Meal. It was always served with mashed potatoes, cream gravy and peas.
