1 tablespoon butter
1 and 1/2 cup diced onion
12 ounces of ham, diced
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup water
1 and 1/2 packages potato gnocchi
1 and 1/2 cups sweet peas, frozen
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and cook the onions.
Add ham until lightly browned.
Add chicken broth and water and bring to a simmer
Add gnocchi, stir well and cook for about 5 minutes until gnocchi is tender.
Stir in the peas, cream and salt/pepper to taste.
Stir in cheese until melted.
