2 tablespoons oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
3-4 mild long red chillies, finely chopped
1 pound ground pork
1 large bunch basil, chopped
4 fried eggs
steamed rice

Stir fry sauce:
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in wok and stir fry garlic and chillies.
Add the ground pork.
Add sauce and stir fry until well combined.
Add basil leaves and cook until just wilted.
Serve alongside rice topped with fried egg.
