½ c. flour

2 egg yokes
2 c. milk

Directions:
Put all ingredients above into a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring OFTEN, or cook in a double boiler. Once the pudding thickens, remove from heat and stir in: ¾ stick butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir well.
This is a quick, deliciously smooth pudding that thickens quickly, so have your bowl ready, line the bottom with wafers and have your bananas cut and ready. Assemble by pouring ⅓ of the pudding over the 1st layer of wafers, bananas.
Repeat twice. Cover and refrigerate and enjoy!
