Ingredients:  
1 Pkg. yeast
2 C. luke warm water
1 beaten egg
4 C. self-rising flour
C. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix together: egg, sugar, oil & flour.
Add to water mixture. Mix well! Cover. Set in refrigerator to rise. Keeps well for a week.

To Cook: Spoon into a well greased muffin pan.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. No need to let rise before you bake.
(also can be rolled out like biscuits.)
