1½ C sugar
¾ C shortening
½ C milk
2 Eggs
½ tsp. soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt(optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
flour (3 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and mix in enough flour to make a very stiff dough.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter, bake in a 350º oven until edges are beginning to brown.
