1 egg, beaten
2 ounces dry bread crumbs
2 chicken breasts, halved
16 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
cooked angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Place chicken breasts in ziploc bag and pound to uniform thickness.
Dip chicken in egg, then into bread crumbs.
Place coated chicken onto baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
(Alternately, you can just pan fry the chicken.)
Pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce into a baking dish.
Place chicken over sauce and cover with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle cheeses over and return to oven for 20 minutes.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
