1 C sugar
1 C powdered sugar
1 C butter
1 C cooking oil
2 Eggs
4 C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tarter(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, beat well. Add eggs. Beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by small balls of dough on cookie sheet and flatten with glass dipped in powdered sugar.
Bake in 375 oven 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT brown.

I always refrigerate the dough about 2 hours before baking.
