1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
1 C Crisco
1 egg
2 C flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 C oatmeal
1 C pecans
1 C coconut
½ C milk chocolate chips optional
1 tsp. water, plus 1 tsp. baking powder
½ C chocolate chips(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugars. Add egg. Add dry ingredients. Add water and baking powder, mix with hands.
Roll in small balls, press down with fork. Bake at 325º for 10-15 minutes.
