2 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 thinly sliced scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast (one at a time) in ziploc bag and pound to even thickness.
In plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients and add chicken.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Grill chicken for 2-3 minutes, turn and spoon marinade over and grill another 2-3 minutes.
Top with some sesame seeds and scallions and serve.
