4.5 ounce can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1 and 1/2 cups half and half
1 and 1/4 cups water
1 roasted chicken, shredded
4 ounces chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mushrooms and green pepper in butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
Stir in bouillon, reserved mushroom liquid, milk and water.
Add shredded chicken and pimiento and heat through.
Serve with rice or noodles.
