1 pkg. cake mix
2 lg. eggs
¼ c. oil or butter
1/8 c. Stevia (optional)

Directions:
Beat eggs, add oil & sugar/sweetener-beat well-add mix-blend well. Roll in to 1" balls-roll in sugar mix-flatten balls with bottom of glass. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
Sugar/cinnamon mixture; Christmas sprinkles/any sugar sprinkles or plain;
Choc cake could add chips/roll in coconut, Etc.
Lactose free with oil. Makes 24-30 cookies.
