1 can (6 oz) solid white tuna in water
2 stalks of celery (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp pickle relish (squeeze out liquid)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Drain and break tuna into pieces.
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
Flake tune with a fork.
Cover and refrigerate up to four hours.
