Delicious, easy, juicy, flavorful pork tenderloin!

Trim off fat then poke holes with fork all over the meat. Rub with olive oil. Pat on 2 minced garlic cloves and combine with 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp each of smoked paprika and chili powder and about 1 tsp of bbq rub.

Preheat oven to 400º

Sear tenderloin in hot stainless steel pan until all sides are browned, around 5 minutes. Can add a little more oil if needed.
Towards end of 5 minutes, add some water to the pan for drippings.

Transfer entire pan to 400 degree oven. Roast for around 20 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Add drippings on top of slices for added flavor and moisture.
